The Florence Road development is in central Maidstone, and consist os 6no. apartments. We were  appointed to carry out the design, planning, production information (working drawings) and building regulations for the project.

 

This development features a very high quality 3 storey apartment block on the site of a former open car storage. The scheme includes 2no. 1 bedroom flats per floor, with communal garden area to the rear and parking to the front. One of the main design considerations was the white render overhang on the first and second floor left front corner, to provide a contemporary design feature to the scheme.
