The Buckland development, in Maidstone Town Centre has seen the development of 14no. flats overlooking the railway line. The development consisits of a mix of studio, 1-bed and 2-bed homes.

The scheme incorporates a mix of materials, including brick, ragstone, tile hanging and timber cladding, utilising glazing and rear balconies to create a sensitive, but contemporary block of apartments.

The scheme was completed in 2017.
